In October 2001 she earned the Certified Insurance Service Representation Designation and is dedicated to constantly improving her insurance knowledge. She demonstrates commitment to professionalism and dedication to superior customer service by helping people understand their insurance needs.
Billie is a life long Franklin resident and graduate of the local High School. She enjoys spending time with her husband Bill and their two children and grandson. Billie is an avid basketball fan and loves to travel.
