As the founder of Simpkins-Foley Insurance Agency in 1972, Steve Simpkins is known throughout the Springboro area as a leader in providing personal and commercial insurance. The team at Barton Foley Insurance provides customer service that’s second to none by following his work ethic and providing the most affordable insurance policies available.
Steve’s dedication has allowed him to be recognized as one of the only insurance agents in the county to be a three-time recipient of the FW Hurt Quality Agency Award from Erie Insurance.
Active in both the Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club, Steve takes pride in his community involvement. He has also been an elected official on the Carlisle School Board for 14 years.
